Founded in 1999, by owner and visionary Larry Cluff, Quality Home Construction & Investments is your reliable, value driven, and customer-centered general contracting firm. Located in the Scotts Addition area of Richmond, Virginia, QHCI has successfully delivered quality projects, of all sizes, in the commercial and residential construction sectors throughout Virginia.
